The Island of Massive Abandoned Military Fortifications

A trip to Naissaar, an island choke full of massive WWI-era abandoned bunkers, Cold War naval mine factories and 19th century graves of British and French sailors.

Let's post something, after 6 year break

Facebook sucks (deleted my account a few months ago), as do most modern social media. Internet was so much better in 2000 0's.

Here's my old CB750 that followed me across the continent, only to end up in hibernation for 10 years. Now it's alive again and sold to a good buddy of mine.
I'm sure the ole' Honda will create many happy memories for him 🙂

Really? This must be a joke. A satire. I mean, who in their right mind and in all seriousness put together this pretentious little "lifestyle commercial" featuring just about ALL the crappy stereotypical hipster stuff imaginable: tattooed beardman: check. An old motorcycle getting molested in a "artisanal" workshop: check. Stills of random "vintage" looking stuff: check. "Hand-made" shoes: check. A fixie bicycle: check. "Classic" surfboards: check. Ditto skateboards: check. Slow-brewed coffee: check. A "natural leather" iPad stand: check......

A Tank

Modern Renault/Peugeot/Dacia/whatever crash tests, NCAP 5 stars, all that bullshit in a controlled environment. None of them can take abuse like this.
None.

Rendez-vous

Paris, August 1976. Just before dawn Claude Lelouch strapped a film camera to the bumper of his car and created one of the most influential movie sequences of all time: A guy racing through the streets to meet up with his girl on the steps of Montmartre.

History is not made by following the rules.
